These Terms apply to general use of the Site only. Advisory services are provided under separate written engagement terms agreed with each client; nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services or creates a client relationship.
2. About Optivity
Optivity is an Australian-based AI adoption advisory firm operating in Sydney, New South Wales. References to "Optivity", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to the legal entity trading as Optivity.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
